We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Birmingham, Alabama on a Contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and accuracy while supporting day-to-day order processing. Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, courteous assistance for a range of service-related questions.
• Manage order entry activities with close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Support customers by clarifying product, service, or order information and guiding them toward appropriate solutions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound call activity to address requests, follow up on open items, and confirm resolutions.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and order updates in the appropriate systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and improve the overall customer experience.• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver attentive customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with order entry and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills when handling multiple customer requests.
• Ability to remain composed, responsive, and solution-focused while addressing customer concerns.
