The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on insurance-related matters, draft and negotiate contracts, manage litigation, and assist with collections and employment-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal guidance on insurance policy interpretation, coverage disputes, claims handling, and regulatory compliance. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontract agreements, and labor-related contracts. Manage and support litigation involving insurance coverage or claims, working with external counsel as necessary. Assist with filing liens and collection-related matters. Advise internal stakeholders on risk management strategies and assist in developing internal policies.
