Regional Vice President of Operations

Seeking two Regional Vice Presidents of Operations (RVPs) to lead a full-time remote position overseeing a $1B+ business across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team engagement while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Key responsibilities Lead a high-performing region to achieve strong business and people results through effective sales and operational strategies Shape and execute national business strategies while balancing regional needs with enterprise priorities Develop and inspire diverse, high-performing teams, ensuring a culture of engagement and continuous improvement Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail or multi-unit operations Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for large-scale business performance Experience leading large teams through growth and transformation Strong capabilities in coaching, talent development, and succession planning Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behaviors
