The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flint Group supports full life cycle recruiting for assigned business areas, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates. This hybrid role in Pine Bluff, AR partners with recruiting systems and analytics to keep requisitions, candidate data, and onboarding activities accurate and on schedule. What you will do Create and manage job requisitions in the My Flint Recruiting Module , ensuring candidate and requisition data is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Lead intake and workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to confirm staffing needs, position requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and staffing strategies for immediate, mid-range, and long-term talent needs. Create and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, community partners, and other avenues. Proactively source active and passive candidates using traditional and creative sourcing approaches while building talent pipelines for current and future openings. Review applications, screen resumes, conduct recruiter interviews and phone screens, assess qualifications, and present qualified shortlists. Coordinate interviews and the selection process, maintain timely candidate and hiring manager communication, and ensure candidate dispositioning is completed in the system. Own the offer process, including offer approvals, verbal and written offers, acceptance tracking, and required follow-up. Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug screens, and other required screenings or documentation, escalating issues as appropriate. Enter or ensure accurate entry of new hire information into required HR and recruiting systems, verifying required data is complete prior to the start date. Manage onboarding completion for new hires, including required documents, employment forms, policy acknowledgements, and other assigned onboarding requirements. Follow up with candidates, new hires, and hiring managers on outstanding pre-employment or onboarding items to meet deadlines and start dates. Maintain a positive, professional, best-in-class candidate and new hire experience throughout recruiting and onboarding. Own recruiting KPI tracking and reporting for the assigned area, including metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, applicant volume, source of hire, offer acceptance, aging requisitions, and other established measures. Analyze recruiting data and trends, identify risks or opportunities, and provide regular staffing updates and actionable insights to Talent Acquisition and business leaders. Maintain accurate talent pipelines and candidate records for future hiring needs while ensuring compliance with company processes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Build partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders while serving as a trusted advisor on recruiting practices, market conditions, and staffing solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or similar full-cycle recruiting role; high-volume recruiting experience preferred. Demonstrated experience managing recruiting end to end, including sourcing and screening through offer, pre-employment, and onboarding. Ability to consult with hiring managers, translate business needs into recruiting strategies, and manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities. Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, professional networks, community resources, referrals, and passive candidate channels. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR/recruiting systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely system data. Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting recruiting KPIs, using data to identify trends and support staffing decisions. Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ownership of deadlines and deliverables. Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, written, and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach. Ability to handle confidential information and apply consistent recruiting and onboarding processes. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel , Word , and PowerPoint . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
