Director, RayzeBio Field Analytics & Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Field Analytics & Operations for RayzeBio, a radiopharmaceutical subsidiary. The role manages incentive compensation, field reporting systems, account planning, and CRM operations while partnering with commercial leadership to build scalable field operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day operational partner to RayzeBio field leadership supporting multiple commercial teams
• Own incentive compensation administration including plan management, quota tracking, payout calculations, and dispute resolution
• Configure, maintain and enhance field reporting platform with standardized dashboards and sub-national performance metrics
• Build and maintain cross-functional account planning tool unifying priority account views across RayzeBio field teams
• Partner across BMS enterprise to leverage systems while exploring AI and generative AI applications for field productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related quantitative field
• 8+ years progressive commercial analytics or operations experience in pharmaceutical/biotech supporting field sales
• Demonstrated ownership of incentive compensation design and administration for pharmaceutical field teams
• Hands-on expertise with CRM (Veeva preferred), field reporting platforms, and commercial data systems
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven ability to lead and influence within matrix organizations and partner with senior sales leadership
• Excellent communication skills translating operational details into executive insights

Compensation: $192,253 - $232,964 base
