THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a driven, creative, and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team at Epic's McKinney, TX headquarters. This is a hands‑on, onsite role where you will own the full marketing function day‑to‑day — supporting a national brand and a growing national sales team operating across multiple states. You will manage everything from social media and digital campaigns to sales collateral, brand storytelling, and proposal support. Working directly with our founders and Solutions Advisors from Texas to Colorado and beyond, you will be the person who tells the Epic story to decision‑makers in every market we serve. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital & Social Media Manage and grow Epic's national presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Plan, create, and schedule content showcasing completed projects, client wins, and Epic's national impact Run and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) targeting national audiences with clear ROI goals Monitor analytics and report on performance across all channels and markets Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to reinforce Epic's reputation for excellence Brand & Content Own brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, and environmental — company‑wide Write compelling copy for website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials Coordinate photography and video of completed installations across multiple states Produce case studies, testimonials, and award submissions that demonstrate Epic's national track record Manage the Epic website: updates, new content, and SEO improvements to support national visibility Lead Generation Build and execute email marketing campaigns targeting architects, facility managers, GCs, and property owners in Epic's national markets Support trade show and event marketing — materials, logistics, and follow‑up campaigns for national events Maintain and grow email lists and CRM contact records in collaboration with the national sales team Identify co‑marketing opportunities with 3M and national vendor partners Track lead sources and campaign attribution across all markets to optimize spend and effort Proposals & Sales Collateral Design and maintain professional proposal templates, one‑pagers, capabilities decks, and product spec sheets for all markets Collaborate with Solutions Advisors nationwide to tailor materials for specific opportunities and verticals Manage the centralized library of branded templates, photography, and marketing assets Support RFP responses — including government and commercial bids — with formatting, design, and written content

QUALIFICATIONS

Required 3–5 years of professional marketing experience in commercial services, construction, B2B, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva Pro Hands‑on experience managing business social media and paid digital advertising Strong copywriting skills — you can write for a general audience and a facilities manager alike Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or equivalent) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast‑paced environment Must be available to work onsite, full‑time at our McKinney, TX headquarters Preferred Experience in commercial construction, architecture, real estate, or specialty subcontracting Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms Basic video editing skills (Reels, project walkthroughs, testimonials) Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and WordPress or comparable CMS Experience supporting RFP or government contract proposal processes across multiple markets
