Job Opening: Email Marketing Coordinator

Advice Interactive has a job opening (an immediate need) for an Email Marketing Coordinator. The Email Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the VP Content Management, will be responsible for the execution of Advice Interactive Group email marketing communications from setup, to testing, to launch, to post deployment analysis, and to optimization. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management. Own all aspects of email production: Creation, scheduling, and approval Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing re‑marketing strategies for audience building Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer life cycle to maximize sales. A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective Assess all email creative to ensure messages are compliant with our email content policies Work with designer for creative elements Ensure the correct data and content exchange Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct Maintain email marketing calendar to ensure accurate and timely delivery Partner with other teams to execute all of our email campaigns Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies Set up drip campaigns and auto responders. Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary Provide information regarding email marketing initiatives Fill ad‑hoc requests on an ongoing basis Provide weekly performance reports Other job duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related field. 6 months to 2 years’ experience in an email marketing program including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting Knowledge of email best practices and success metrics and CAN‑SPAM legislation. Proficiency in Excel, and Word Strong verbal and writing skills Interest in new technology Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Self‑motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative and thrives working a fast‑paced, challenging digital environment Knowledge/background of e‑commerce, email marketing best practices Working knowledge of HTML Hands on experience working with an ESP Familiarity with MailChimp, Sharpspring Hubspot and similar CRM, Email and Marketing Automation tools Individual must be self‑motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bill Hartzer, LLC
