Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland. Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee implementation. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Coach families and caregivers on effective behavior strategies. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and payer requirements. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
