Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while collaborating closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary partners to support meaningful and lasting progress for our clients. What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans Use data-driven decision-making to guide clinical care Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and support staff Partner with families, caregivers, and schools to support client success Ensure ethical, professional, and BACB-compliant practice Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Medicaid credentialing preferred Bilingual skills a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills What We Offer Paid time off and holidays A supportive, collaborative clinical environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
