Internal Medicine Physician

Affinity Home Health Care Inc

Role: Internal Medicine physician in a large, multi-specialty outpatient group. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, seeing approximately 18‑20 patients daily. Focus on delivering coordinated, high-quality outpatient care with no weekend work. Utilize EPIC EMR system and participate in a supportive, family-focused setting. Qualifications & Skills Board Certified or Eligible Medical Doctor, with or without US residency, holding a current US work visa. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential. Key Duties & Benefits Maintain a 4‑5 day work week, with a 1:8 call ratio. Competitive salary or income guarantee, signing bonus up to $20,000, relocation bonus up to $10,000, CME time, potential loan forgiveness, and partnership opportunities.
