Based in Ft. Myers, Florida, UM provides Building Control and Services for the entire Southwest Florida region, from Tampa to Naples. This includes state-of-the-art Building Automation Systems (BAS) that successfully integrates customers' lighting, security, and HVAC systems.

- Perform layout for ductwork routes including hanger layout
- Perform all required ductwork offsets
- Able to read, understand, and follow prints and mechanical details
- Understands and assists with the ductwork testing process
- General knowledge of SMACNA requirements
- Create and maintain a collaborative working relationship with both supervisors and co-workers
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sheet metal ductwork installation
- Strong verbal and math skills
- Must have an honest and dependable personality
- Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions of the trade
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
- Obtain OSHA 10 certificate
