Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate project execution.
Assist in developing project timelines and schedules.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing.
Maintain accurate records of cost data and project documentation.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
Support the team in conducting risk assessments and cost analysis.

The Successful Applicant

Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards.
Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and project management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge.
