Client Services Coordinator – Personal Branding, Inc. | Remote (US)

Personal Branding, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join its client relations team. This remote, full-time contract role offers from $33,800/year plus bonuses, commissions, and paid training.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, conduct qualifying interviews, and present program options to new members of an internationally recognized, member-only organization of professional women.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients and conduct qualifying interviews
Review candidate applications and assess eligibility
Build rapport and trust with candidates
Present program options and explain product/service offerings
Manage client relationships through ongoing follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and client activity reports

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Background in sales, customer service, business development, or client relations preferred
Fluent in English with superior communication skills
Ability to navigate CRM systems (training provided)
Basic proficiency in MS Word and typing efficiency
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism
Reliable, motivated, and outgoing personality

Preferred:

Prior sales experience (especially scripted inside phone sales)
Higher education degree from an accredited institution
Familiarity with lead management or CRM systems
Clear diction and enunciation

Work From Home Requirements

Laptop/desktop (Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.13+)
High-speed broadband internet (10mbps up/down minimum; no hotspots)
USB headset with microphone
Webcam for video calls
Quiet, dedicated workspace
