Client Services Coordinator

Our client is a prominent international Real Estate firm with many famous landmarks in their portfolio. They are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis in Greenwich, CT.

Who You Are

• You have experience in client services and general administrative support
• Bachelor's degree required
• Customer-focused, approachable, and calm under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology
• Highly organized with strong communication and writing skills
• Professional, discreet, and attentive to detail

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and manage incoming phone and email inquiries
• Serve as a primary resource for client service and hospitality needs
• Monitor reception and lobby areas to ensure a welcoming environment
• Coordinate event setup, catering, and related logistics
• Support office move-ins, move-outs, and other workplace needs
• Assist with vendor coordination and invoice processing

• Visitors and clients receive responsive, professional service
• Events and workplace logistics are coordinated smoothly
• Reception and shared spaces remain organized and client-ready

Pay Rate Range: $22-24 per hour, based on experience
