This role is for a Finance and Business Operations Lead for Advanced Navy Reentry programs. The mission of the Navy Reentry Programs Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team is to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional products and innovative business solutions while inspiring team‑member engagement and growth. In support of this objective, the Navy Reentry F&BO is seeking a finance lead interested in joining a high‑impact, cross‑functional team, with a continual focus on innovation and process improvement. Responsibilities include providing guidance to up to two finance analysts, partnering with program leadership and CAMs, collaborating with the FBM Contract Integration team to ensure EVMS compliance of the contract, and assisting with DCMA joint surveillance and integrated baseline reviews. Seeking an energetic individual with demonstrated leadership capabilities and established financial analysis skills. Must have a passion for innovation and an ability to support and influence others to complete assignments on schedule. Desired Skills Knowledge of various contract types (CPIF, CPFF, CPFF-LOE). Strong understanding of program financial drivers (cost, schedule, technical impacts). Ability to move beyond consolidation to driver‑based analysis and insights. Proven track record of influencing decisions and challenging assumptions. Experience identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities proactively. Strong communication skills; able to translate complex financials into clear insights for leadership. Continuous improvement mindset; experience enhancing forecasting accuracy or financial processes. Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience. Currently active TS clearance.
