Staff Accountant

Financial Additions is searching for a Staff Accountant with full-cycle accounting and oil & gas experience. This is an onsite position located in the uptown area of Dallas, but a few days each month can be remote. This is a permanent role, and they are eager to hire! Pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities include :Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliation sMonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close dutie sSupport internal and external audits by providing requested documentation .Review bank and general ledger account reconciliations .Review vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals .Manage vendor relationships, vendor master files, and invoice discrepancies .Coordinate weekly ACH, wire, and check payment runs .Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments while taking advantage of available discounts .Requirements include :3+ years in Staff Accountant positio nOil & Gas industry experienc eExperience with ERP system and solid Excel skill sExcellent organizational, and communication skills .Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus, not require #J-18808-Ljbffr
