We're hiring a CNC Mill Operator to join our team. If you've got a keen eye, love keeping the doors opening and closing, and want to spend your shift running solid equipment in a shop that actually cares about its people-this is your spot.

salary: $52,000 - $63,000 per year

Responsibilities

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Keep the Spindles Singing: Load raw block or extrusions into vises, tombstone fixtures, and vacuum tables, keeping our mills feeding on material.
• Stay in the Green: Keep your eye on key dimensions, making minor tool wear adjustments so parts stay crisp from the start of the shift to the end.
• Tool Swaps & Care: Change out dull end mills, drills, and inserts quickly to keep machine downtime to a strict minimum.
• Catch the Glitches: Listen to the cut. If something sounds off, chitters, or looks out of place, you speak up and catch it before it costs time or material.
• Clean & Prep: Keep your workstation deburred, blown off, organized, and prepped for the next run.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Mill Mindset: 1+ years operating CNC Vertical or Horizontal Mills (VMC/HMC).
• Machine Familiarity: You can navigate basic screens on Haas, Fanuc, or similar controllers without breaking a sweat.
• Sharp Eye: You pay attention to the little things-like chips building up in pockets or coolants running low.
• Great Attitude: You bring good energy to the floor and work well with the lead machinists.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
