Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan
• Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads by making cold calls and conducting site visits
• Sets up meetings with prospects and moves them through client experience
• Leverages the expertise of senior members of the sales and operations teams
• Logs all sales activity in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably within the staffing industry
• Candidates must live in the Central Valley market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office)

Compensation:

• On-target earnings (base + commission) with expectations of $105,000
• No ceiling on earning potential

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to understand software products.
• Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful outbound calling.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
