Staff Optical Design Engineer - Photonics for AI Compute

Neurophos is seeking a Staff Optical Design Engineer to own the optical architecture for our photonics-based AI hardware in Austin. You will design, simulate, and optimize complex optical paths, collaborating with mechanical, photonics, electrical, and system teams to meet aggressive performance goals. You will lead tolerance and stray light analyses with Zemax/LightTools, mentor junior engineers, and communicate progress to executives while advancing production-ready optical systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Storyboard
