SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Must Have
- 2+ years of technical support and customer service experience over the phone, chat, and email.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Strong Preference
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, or LDAP.
- Experience working in higher education
- Experience with second factor or MFA
- Experience with Gmail and Microsoft 365 email
- Experience with VPNs and network connection issues
