Head of VIP

Soft2Bet , a fast-growing international iGaming and sports betting group, is seeking a Head of VIP to lead and scale its VIP function across key markets and brands. If you’re a strategic leader with deep VIP, retention, and regulatory experience, this is a chance to build a high-impact, data-driven VIP program within a fast-moving international organization.

️ The Role

As the Head of VIP, you will lead the full VIP lifecycle across multiple markets, overseeing strategy, team performance, player retention, and revenue growth. You’ll manage a dynamic international team, define key KPIs, and ensure a premium, compliant player journey that aligns with business goals and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop the VIP team to deliver best-in-class player service.
• Design and execute the VIP strategy across multiple markets and brands, aligned with growth targets.
• Oversee day-to-day VIP operations and performance across regulated jurisdictions.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to player engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier players to maximize long-term value.
• Partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless VIP experience.
• Implement segmentation, loyalty, and reward strategies to enhance player lifetime value.
• Use player insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all VIP initiatives align with Responsible Gaming standards and U.S. regulatory requirements, including NJDGE expectations.
• Prepare performance updates, insights, and forecasts for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a Head of VIP, Senior VIP, or Team Lead role within iGaming or online entertainment.
• Deep understanding of VIP lifecycle management, player segmentation, and retention strategy.
• Proven experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, including regulated U.S. markets.
• Strong familiarity with New Jersey regulations and experience working with NJDGE compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and motivating multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, commercially focused, and results-oriented.
• Strong commitment to integrity, responsible gaming, and player well-being.

⭐ Preferred

• Experience leading VIP functions across multiple brands or international markets.
• Background in a fast-growing iGaming, sportsbook, or online entertainment business.
• Experience building scalable loyalty, segmentation, and retention frameworks.
• Proven success improving VIP performance through data, process optimization, and team leadership.
