COMPENSATION

On-target earnings (base + commission):

• Year 1: $100,000–$150,000

• Year 2: $150,000–$200,000

• Year 3: $250,000–$300,000

How it's paid:

• Year 1: $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

• Full-time W-2 employee with benefits (not a contractor role)

• Warm leads provided. You'll work inbound leads from people who already raised their hand.

OTE assumes you hit target. Commission depends on your results and isn't guaranteed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be the voice that turns warm, high-intent leads into 10X success stories. You'll help business owners and professionals get into our 10X, real estate, and business events, and make sure they show up ready to win.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call, email, and follow up with warm inbound leads

• Ask the right questions to understand each person's goals

• Sell and upgrade event tickets, and confirm attendance

• Hit your daily and monthly targets

• Keep every conversation up to date in the CRM

• Sharpen your skills daily through ongoing sales training

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing phone experience

• A strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport fast

• A track record of hitting goals

• A coachable, competitive, hungry 10X mindset

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–6:00 PM, on-site in Aventura, FL, plus event weekends (a minimum of two per month).
