Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Provide occupational therapy services focusing on ADLs and adaptive equipment
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for home health patients
• Collaborate with RNs and PTs to deliver coordinated patient care
• Participate in daily morning team huddles via phone
• Manage a case load of up to 6 patients/points per day

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Current WI License and BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience, preferably in home health
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
