• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on asphalt plants to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel to various job sites to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with team members to execute planned maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
• Provide training and support to junior mechanics as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in mechanics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanic, particularly with asphalt plants or heavy machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work assignments.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
