To support the MU Virtual Care Clinic, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage patient interactions, medical records, and technology, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families while working remotely after an initial training period. Key responsibilities Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits Greet patients, manage phone communications, and maintain office equipment Validate patient information and manage appointment scheduling and billing documents Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education and experience Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations
