Our client is looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to improve the systems, processes, and data behind a growing sales team. You'll work closely with sales leadership and Business Development Managers to strengthen forecasting, improve pipeline visibility, streamline CRM workflows, and give the team better tools to drive revenue.

Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales reporting, KPIs, scorecards, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps, overdue opportunities, inactive accounts, and revenue opportunities.
• Own CRM processes, data standards, workflows, dashboards, account ownership, territory assignments, and lead routing.
• Partner with Technology and internal teams to improve CRM configuration, system integrations, data accuracy, and reporting automation.
• Support sales campaigns by developing target lists, tracking activities, and measuring conversion and revenue results.
• Assist with territory, quota, and sales planning in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Develop sales onboarding materials, playbooks, and performance-tracking processes.
• Lead cross-functional Sales Operations projects from planning through implementation and adoption.

Sales Operations Manager Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting a distributed B2B sales or account-management organization.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management.
• Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, territory or account assignments, lead routing, and performance reporting.
• Strong project-management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business needs to practical processes and system improvements.
• Travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred.

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus
