Inside Sales Manager

You love coaching and working hands-on with your team. You also know how to partner with the operations team as well as external suppliers to deliver consistent results. You excel in coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable to our high expectations. You lead by example and know how to win in a competitive market, without compromising on margin. You are ethical, hardworking, personable, and collaborate well across teams. Your ability to hold your team to high standards and execute with consistency enables outstanding customer satisfaction and high-growth, long-term relationships. In this role you will be part of the sales leadership team. This means you need to be able to think strategically, work collaboratively, and provide feedback on how we can grow our business. You will need a proven track record of sales performance, team management and employee development, and improving systems and processes. And you need to be a strong fit with our culture.
