The result has been almost 50 years of success, and the next 50 years looking even brighter.Job Summary:As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew's production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day-to-day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply roofing (TPO, PVC, etc.). Candidates for this role must be proficient in commercial roofing applications and possess the leadership skills necessary to succeed in this position.Benefits:Competitive Wages (Union Pay) $50.07 DOE!Multiple wage reviews throughout the yearComprehensive PAID benefits - health, dental, and visionShort-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife and AD&D Insurance401k w/ company matchOpportunities for career advancementMobile apps and training programs available to help you further your skills.Daily Responsibilities:Install various flat-roofing systems on commercial buildings: TPO, EPDM and PVC, BUR etc.Successfully train and provide support to the crewMaintain quality installation of all assigned projectsMeet production goals within a given deadlineProblem-solve and resolve issues that may arise during a projectConduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections.Follow and enforce all safety standardsRequirements:5+ years' commercial roofing experience, w/ experience supervising and leading crewsHas a valid Driver's License with a good 7 year driving record (no exceptions)Experience with various commercial roofing systems: single ply membranes, TPO, PVC, and/or others.Ability to read and interpret blueprintsAble to train and mentor new employeesLeadership skills- delegating, time management, quality controlCan complete required paperwork, reports, and is comfortable with technology- iPads/appsAbility to learn and follow safety policies and standards
