Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C is hiring an Experienced HVAC Apprentice ! If you have a couple of years of experience in the heating and air conditioning trade and are eager to learn even more, you've come to the right place.

As the newest full-time member of our Bridgeport, CT team, you'll make $18.00 - $22.00/hour and receive fantastic benefits and perks , including:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal Experienced HVAC Apprentice is currently enrolled in or has completed a trade school program, but it's not required. Here's what you need for this apprenticeship:

• 2+ years of experience performing residential HVAC installations
• Eagerness to learn more and advance in the industry
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our Experienced HVAC Apprentices work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday . In this apprenticeship, you will:

• Clean, repair, maintain, install, and replace all kinds of heating and air conditioning systems
• Service residential and commercial units
• Collaborate with more experienced team members to complete work that meets our high standards, industry regulations, and client expectations
• Interact with clients and provide professional customer service
• Clean up all tools, materials, and debris when the job is done
• Develop your trade skills and become a more capable technician
