Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring delivery of evidence-based, personalized therapy services. You will manage schedules, support clinical quality, and drive patient satisfaction while fostering CORA’s collaborative, patient-first culture. As a Clinic Manager, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with referring providers, and champion best practices in physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
