Marion County AP-IN325 1800 N Meridian St Suite 515 Indianapolis, IN 46202, USA Summary of the Position : Full-Time Hourly Advocate position serving youth and families throughout Marion County is available. Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. The primary responsibilities of the Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap‑around model. This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement. Availability - 40 hours per week Qualifications / Requirements A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources. Experience working with at-risk youth. Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
