Job Title Clover Concierge Specialist Job Description * Responsible for consultative setup of Clover devices to drive faster speed to activation. Provides feedback to CC Install Advisor to relay to Product stakeholders pertaining to BC knowledge gaps product and process improvements. Relay concerns directly with BC/SD for a quick resolution, assisting with retention of account. This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.
