FIVE STAR STAFFING has exciting opportunities for a HARD-WORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE to join our team all over the Tennessee AREA!
WE ARE HIRING FOR SEVERAL POLISHED EXPERIENCED LEASING PROFESSIONALS!
We are looking for hard working individuals ready to work!
LEASING PROFESSIONAL/TAX CREDIT EXPERIENCE
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting the positive image of the apartment community and to assist management with resident programs and retention.
- Stands and greets all prospects that visit the leasing office. Answers phone and personal inquiries and provides rental information in a professional, enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Schedules sales appointments and converts prospect phone calls and internet leads into property visits.
- Perform verifications of application within twelve (12) hours of the lease date.
- Completes other administrative and marketing duties as requested.
- Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs and follow-up.
- Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area.
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Meet goals and pricing requirements.
- Community outreach marketing and locator relationships.
- Inspect make ready standards and community appeal.
- Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily.
