Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,511 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Livingston, New Jersey. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, helping them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions during scheduled shifts. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required). Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or post‑acute care setting preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records and performing Medicare‑focused evaluations preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
