Speech Therapist in Tulare, CA

Whether you bring the expertise of an SLP-CCC, the fresh perspective of an SLP-CF, or the dedicated support of an SLPA, you'll work collaboratively within a passionate team to help students achieve their communication goals.


Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Credentials as SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with diverse K-12 populations
• Ability to develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach with educators, families, and support staff
• Current state licensure or eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop targeted intervention plans and measurable goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to maximize student success
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
