Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged populations
• Comfort with a range of service delivery models, including teletherapy, onsite, and hybrid settings
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with CCC
• Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders

• Provide direct speech-language services to assigned caseload within school-based settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students’ communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP processes
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ specific needs
