The technicians work closely with operations, and may be called upon to make road calls and assist in emergency situations on a route. Waste Management technicians pride themselves on doing the work right the first time and we look for this same sense of personal ownership of work when considering new members for our team. We also offer on-the-job training and encourage continuous learning and higher education to keep skills up to date. There may be the opportunity for overtime, as well as weekend and/or holiday work.
