We are looking for a Community Manager, Social Media to join our Brand Image & Experience team. In this role, you will be the voice, ears, and creative pulse of our global beauty brand across Haircare, Haircolor, and Skincare. You are equal parts community builder, trend spotter, content strategist, and nimble creator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love capturing mobile-first content, and know how to talk to digital communities in a way that feels organic and platform-native, this is your stage. What You’ll Do Community Management & Engagement (Primary Focus) Drive Real-Time Engagement: Monitor, publish, and engage reactively and proactively with fans, followers, creators, and beauty lovers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X. Be the Brand Voice: Act as the primary social copywriter, writing platform-native, engaging copy for both organic and paid social content. Manage Customer Care: Partner with our customer care teams and agency partners to maintain top-tier response rates and streamline consumer needs seamlessly. Run Promotions & Ops: Oversee end-to-end execution of social giveaways (official rules, winner selection, outreach, fulfillment) and handle purchase orders and administrative needs for team projects. Content Creation & Calendar Management Create Social-First Content: Capture lofi photo/video assets, behind-the-scenes footage, and live event coverage. You're comfortable jumping in front of the camera or jumping behind it to capture the moment. Own the Content Calendar: Build, curate, and execute multi-platform social media calendars aligned with wider marketing strategies and product launch timelines. Lead Content Production: Drive content development from ideation to post-production. Partner with brand teams, external creators, and industry experts to bring stories to life. Brief & Optimize: Draft sharp creative briefs for agencies and creators. Edit and tailor assets—including exploring and optimizing AI-generated imagery—to fit platform best practices. Social Strategy, Insights & Trends Spot Cultural Moments: Use social listening, search behavior, and competitive monitoring to identify real-time, nimble content opportunities. Track & Analyze: Monitor social KPIs using analytics tools (e.g., Dash Social, Sprinklr, and native platform insights) to deliver actionable recaps and optimize performance. Drive Innovation: Experiment with emerging platforms, AI tools, and novel content formats, sharing key learnings with the broader brand team. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Advocacy, Marketing, Digital, and Retailer teams to align social activations with major product pushes and influencer campaigns. What You Bring To The Table Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on social media, content creation, or community management experience (agency, in‑house, publisher, or creator‑led brand). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Platform Mastery: Deep, native understanding of what wins on TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube (Shorts). Creative & Tech Tools: Proficiency with mobile video capture and mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Familiarity with social management and listening platforms (Sprinklr, Dash Social) is a strong plus. Communication & Style: Exceptional writing skills with an innate ability to capture a distinct brand tone. Mindset: High energy, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. Beauty Passion: A genuine passion for beauty, personal care, and internet culture.
