Position Overview

Solidigm is a global leader in NAND flash memory and solid-state storage solutions, purpose-built for data center, cloud, and enterprise workloads. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Worker to join our Operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain, order management, pricing, and customer-facing activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a collaborative, can-do attitude to both tactical execution and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

• Refresh and maintain operational reports on a regular cadence, including supply and allocation files, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Leverage tools including SAP, Power BI, and Excel to build, update, and distribute reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity across systems.

Order Management & Backlog

• Execute SAP order splitting activities to align orders with available supply and operational requirements.
• Manage and maintain the order backlog, including resolution of holds, DLQ (Delinquent) management, and verification that pricing is correctly loaded against orders.
• Monitor backlog health metrics and escalate issues proactively to appropriate teams.
• Execute supply allocation activities within relevant operational tools, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

Pricing Execution

• Support pricing execution activities including price loading and maintenance in Model N.
• Ensure pricing accuracy across all orders and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to align pricing inputs with approved commercial terms.

Customer-Facing Support

• Serve as a key point of contact for backlog management queries and customer order-related communications.
• Handle ad hoc customer requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Manage relationships with a defined set of distributors, acting as the primary operational liaison for day-to-day order and supply matters.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partners to support customer satisfaction goals.

Projects & Process Improvement

• Support logistics documentation projects, including creation, review, and maintenance of accurate operational documents.
• Define and document communication processes to improve clarity and consistency across the operations team and with external partners.
• Lead and support logistics issue management, driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations function.

Team & Office Support

• Organize and coordinate team events, including face-to-face meetings, offsites, and team-building activities.
• Provide general office administration support as required, including scheduling, document management, and coordination of team logistics.
• Act as a positive contributor to team culture, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in an operations, supply chain, or customer support role within a technology or semiconductor environment.
• Proficiency in SAP for order management and supply chain operations.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience with pricing tools, preferably Model N or equivalent revenue management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor, storage, or technology hardware industry.
• Familiarity with distributor management and channel operations.
• Exposure to logistics documentation processes and supply chain compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in defining or improving operational communication processes.
• Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
