This is a Hybrid (San Jose, 3 days a week) role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Cloud Operations - Platform Services, within REIS Reliability Engineering. The Procurement Operations Analyst executes end-to-end procurement workflows for data center-related services, driving requests from intake through completion in Coupa and ensuring timely, accurate submission of requisitions, purchase orders, service requests, invoices, and reporting. This role improves operational efficiency and service-level performance through accurate tracking, cross-functional coordination, strong process discipline, and consistent follow-through.What you’ll do (Role Expectations)Process, submit and manage procurement request intake through a shared team alias, ensuring requests are complete and accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled in Coupa, Jira, and related systems.Support end-to-end processing for purchase orders and data center-related services, including colocation, IP transit, interconnects, blanket POs, and renewalsMonitor request progress against SLA expectations, following up on missing information, approvals, and blockers to drive timely resolutionAssist with invoice reconciliation, billing and payment inquiries, Finance coordination, and tracking of related requests through AsanaMaintain trackers, reports, and process documentation, reconcile reporting data, and contribute to workflow improvements, operational consistency, and ad hoc projectsWho You Are (Success Profile)You thrive in ambiguity, remaining comfortable building the path as you walk it and viewing a dynamic environment as the raw material to build something meaningful.You are a problem-solver who actively seeks out challenges, energized by the knowledge that solving hard problems delivers the biggest impact.You are a high-trust collaborator who is ambitious for the team, embracing our challenge culture by giving and receiving clear, respectful feedback.You operate with urgency, focusing relentlessly on execution and maintaining a bias for action to quickly deliver high-impact results for the customer and the team.You are evidence-based, utilizing data and analytics to find the truth, measure what matters, and replace assumptions with certainty to drive better outcomes.What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving3+ years of experience in procurement operations, order management, or a similar operational role, including experience using Coupa and workflow or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Ironclad, and Google WorkspaceExperience supporting procure-to-pay workflows, preferably for data center-related services such as colocation, space and power, IP transit, interconnects, cross-connects, or similar infrastructure servicesFamiliarity with contract and billing terms, including MRC and NRC, and the ability to support billing validation and related operational processesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage high request volumes accurately, work within structured workflows and SLA-driven environments, and maintain timely processingStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage spreadsheets, reconcile data variances, maintain accurate reporting, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across internal teamsWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments, work through ambiguity, take appropriate initiative, and own outcomesDemonstrated ability to manage and organize high volumes of project-related communications and documentationStrong Excel and reporting skills#LI-AJ1 #LI-HybridZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
