Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, handle inbound and outbound calls, and work remotely or from the office while exceeding performance metrics. Key responsibilities Resolve complex billing and insurance issues through effective communication with patients, law offices, and insurance companies Recommend payment options and assistance programs while managing objections and concerns from consumers Document account information accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and guidelines Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications, is preferred Understanding of health insurance processes and terminology is preferred Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
