Be the final quality check on a health media company's video podcasts and YouTube episodes, then publish them to every platform. Company Pave Talent is partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness media company that produces expert-led video podcasts, YouTube episodes and short clips for doctors and health brands. Who thrives here You catch the small things: a misspelled name, a wrong credential, a two-second audio dropout. You follow a checklist every time, without skipping steps. You write clear, timestamped notes an editor can act on right away. The opportunity Every episode needs a full end-to-end review before it goes live. You own that final checkpoint and the publishing that follows, catching editing, audio, metadata and publishing errors before they reach clients or audiences. What you will own Full video and audio quality control: watch every episode and its short clips in full, checking for poor audio, dropouts, color issues, bad cuts, frozen video and incorrect lower thirds. Metadata checks on host and guest names, credentials, titles, descriptions, show notes, captions, thumbnail text and file names. Issues logged with timestamps in Frame.io or ClickUp, with clear written notes for the editors. Small fixes yourself, with more involved corrections sent back to the editor. Final verification that every reported issue is fixed before an episode is approved. Publishing to Captivate, Spotify for Creators, YouTube and the company's own platform, including scheduling, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and YouTube playlists. Qualifications Required Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-control mindset. Basic video editing and the ability to make small fixes. Native-level English and strong written communication. Publishing experience with a podcast, YouTube channel, social media team or agency. Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio. High-speed internet that handles large video uploads. Comfort checking medical terminology, and the judgment to look up a name, credential or term that seems wrong. Availability to work US business hours. Health or doctor-led content. Frame.io, ClickUp or Riverside.
