What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and equipment (including DaVinci, drills)
• Assemble instruments across various service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging)
• Operate sterilization devices (sterrad, steam)
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
• Manage sterile storage and inventory
• Act as OR liaison as needed
• Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
• Float between OSU locations as required

What You Need

• Current CRCST or CSPDT certification
• Prior experience in sterile processing in a hospital environment (preferably Level One trauma centers)
• Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures and instrument handling
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
