Title: Specialist, Grounds Zone Position Type: Fulltime Staff Search Type: External - minimum 7 days Department: 50R100 - Campus Operations Division: 3R1000 - Administration and Engagement Position Location: Richmond Campus Driver Classification: Driver FLSA: Non-Exempt Schedule Type: Full Time (40 hrs per week or more) Posted Salary Grade: Non-Exempt - G10 Retirement: KERS Contact Person: Kyle Willis Job Summary/Basic Functions A Grounds Zone Specialist assists the Grounds Zone Foreperson in overseeing and ensuring completion of assigned grounds maintenance and operational tasks and includes performance of various tasks as required to maintain a high level of care inside assigned zone. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: One year related experience Job Duties 60% - Overall responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of all grounds areas in assigned zone are being maintained to the required standards at all times. - () 30% - Perform any other grounds maintenance tasks throughout the year including: - () 10% - Other duties as required and assigned - () Sponsorship This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
