Receptionist

PrideStaff is currently seeking several Receptionists for a local client on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills and experience within a general office setting. Most importantly, we are seeking a responsible person of integrity that is punctual and dependable. This position is TEMP TO HIRE.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$18-$20/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors
• Answering phones, emails, and take messages
• Copy, scan, fax, etc
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Must be able to assist with data entry, filing paperwork, and schedule meetings if needed
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Act as the point of contact
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Manager of "first impressions"
• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in an reception or similar role
• Positive attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Detail oriented
• Previous customer service (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Minimum Experience Required:

• Job Field: 1-2 years working experience in exact or relatable field
• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not necessarily required)
• Computer literacy in Word, Google Docs, MS Suite, and Gmail

Language Skills:

• Read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
