Trauma Sales Representative, Tucson Arizona

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for field-based work in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves developing sales strategies for trauma products, providing clinical support during procedures including on-call emergency cases, and managing customer relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives
• Provide clinical and technical support during trauma procedures including emergency cases
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers
• Manage inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets for operational readiness
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational programs to support customer adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of sales, clinical healthcare, or combined experience
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Field-based availability with 30% travel requirement
• Preferred: B2B sales, customer-facing, or clinical support experience
• Preferred: Operating room or medical device sales background
• Preferred: Experience managing surgical inventory or consignment assets

Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
