Facility Manager Location: San Francisco, CA Salary: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry Food and Beverage Services Position Summary The Facility Manager is responsible for all areas of facility maintenance along with the oversight of the maintenance staff. The Supervisor performs preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs on all assigned equipment to ensure their proper operation and function in accordance with safety regulations and company policy. What you'll do Install and conduct maintenance on all machinery and facility equipment. Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Meet maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards; resolving problems. Meet maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. Maintain function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Improve function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, including safety, OSHA, and EPA standards. About you Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed. Adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures, and trainings. Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance. 5+ years’ experience in facility maintenance. 2+ years’ supervisory experience.
