AUDITOR

Ace Parking is a leading parking management expert. We are looking for an Auditor to conduct field audits, identify revenue controls, and improve compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct field site audits to ensure compliance and identify revenue control measures. Collaborate with managers to pinpoint non‑compliance areas and improvement opportunities. Submit detailed reports on audit and revenue issues on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Investigate revenue control issues, including missing or late deposits, missing tickets, processing discrepancies, and cash shortages. Verify the accuracy of all reports and inform location managers of discrepancies. Assist parkers in resolving outstanding parking fees. Respond to emails and inquiries from government agencies regarding revenue and transactions. Serve as a point of contact among team members, clients, and external partners. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; route inquiries appropriately. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation per company policies and legal requirements. Maintain records related to facility operations. Foster teamwork and a sense of belonging within the organization. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain and repair facilities and equipment. Maintain a welcoming office environment and greet clients and visitors professionally. Assist in vendor relationship management. Process expense reports and invoices. Qualifications One year of experience as an auditor preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with parking operations and revenue management. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay: $28.00 per hour. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
