Development Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company that has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas, and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for a Development Analyst in Columbus, GA. Responsibilities Provide financial analysis, budget tracking, and performance monitoring from pre-development through lease-up, stabilization, and disposition of multifamily assets Build and maintain financial models for development and acquisition opportunities Monitor project schedules, including unit delivery timing and key milestones Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of relevant corporate finance or commercial real estate experience, preferred Strong interest in multifamily and/or commercial real estate development Highly effective communication & strong analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field; MS/MBA plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Morrow & Associates
