Own the uptime for Houstons manufacturers

Role overview: Be the go-to expert for field service on CNC machine tools across the Houston market. Youll handle installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance with a tight focus on customer outcomes.

What youll own

• Onsite service, new installations, and PMs for machining centers and turning centers.
• Issue resolution and light operator training; technical support for sales initiatives.
• Professional communication with operators, engineers, and leadership.
• End-to-end case ownership: accurate records and technical documentation.
• Upholding Ellisons standards of ethics and professionalism at every visit.

What you bring

• Proven experience working on CNC machining centers and CNC lathes/turning centers.
• Diagnostic depth across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Clear, confident communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with service reports and technical data.
